  • Step 1: We’ll sit down with you, go over all your options, and help you design your perfect dock. At this point, we’ll have all the information we need to provide you with a detailed quote.
  • Step 2: After you agree on the estimate and finalize your design, the next step is applying for permits.
  • Step 3: Once permits come back, we’ll confirm the installation schedule for your new dock and put together structural drawings.
  • Step 4: We require a 50% material deposit to reserve your place in the schedule and confirm your build.
  • Step 5: Next, we will review everything with you to make sure your new dock is exactly the way you want it, and we will order the materials needed.
  • Step 6: We will start fabricating your deck approximately 1-2 weeks before the planned installation. We will start with building the dock frames and roof structure before decking the dock at our shop.
  • Step 7: When construction of your dock is underway, we will finalize the exact placement of the dock with you. At this point, we will also confirm all the details for installing your new dock.
  • Step 8: On launch day, we will launch and assemble your dock. We typically do everything involved with the installation from our work boats, instead of driving equipment onto your property.
  • Step 9: Once we effectively anchor your dock, our team will meet with you to do a walkthrough and address any issues. If you’re satisfied, we will invoice the remaining balance for your dock.
