I have to say that getting in touch with Todd Mitchell Biggerstaff of Custom Dock Works was a very satisfying experience. it was clear from the moment we met and started discussing our dock needs that he’s been doing this kind of work for quite a long time (years). We very quickly decided on a build start day, and work proceeded smoothly to the job completion. Todd does whatever it takes to get the job done and well and always with a great attitude. He also does not call it a “day” if the weather gets rough. Todd and his crew did a beautiful replacement of our lake house ramp and floating pier! It’s safe now, too. Todd was easy to work with, he actually listened to my ideas and gave a very fair price, and the work was done in a reasonable timeline that we agreed upon. I love the cap solar lights put on the floating pier posts As a bonus, I asked Todd if they would please pull 3-5 of the best boards from the old pier, so I could make a bench in memory of my mom and dad for the lake yard. This was one of the last things my dad was able to help build at the lake before he passed.
